The land of Besao is a perfect doze for the hungry eyes of a nature lover, or someone who is tired of lingering in a home that has been altered by the human hands.
Grandeur is indeed the perfect word to describe it. From the beautiful sunrise and sunset to the majestic lofty and sultry mountains, the rampant green growth in the long and winding tropical rain forest, the variety of plant species growing closely together, allowing not much light through-forming a canopy protecting other small plants beneath, to the normal springs scattered around the mountains, the steep waterfalls, the clear streams and rivers that run wild and free to the diverse plants, each having their own unique features that impresses the human eye.. and which had me deeply enchanted.
Utterly wasted after a full day of work out with dungbah ni kabadio, all I could think of is to grab myself some pahduk to replenish all the used up energy. Somewhere within the four corners of the field, I can hear the familiar beep of my communications badge. It was an incoming transmission from command calling for volunteers to search for the missing bulalakaw, a ball of complex composition that was accidentally thrown off the galactic arena suspended 2 light years away in space where a major tournament, biyeng, is held once in a decade.
Baguio was made the summer capital of the Philippines on June 1, 1903 by the Philippine Commission.
